Quality system & Certifications

Purpose

To clarify the items and contents of test of purchasing materials, and strictly control the process of unqualified products to ensure product quality.

Applicable Scope

Applicable to the test process of the company’s purchasing materials.

Definition

Materials: Refer to the materials, products and other items purchased by the company.

Rights and responsibilities

Logistics Dept.: Responsible for receiving delivery from suppliers, checking suppliers and outer box status, counting and repacking.

Quality Dept.: Responsible for packing test, label test, pin/solder ball test, marking test, surface test, scrape test, discrete value test, outline dimensions test, X-Ray test, third-party test, and data uploading test for purchasing materials and products.

Contents

Incoming test: After receiving the materials for inspection, IQC quality testers log in to the SAP System Quality Test Platform to compare whether the incoming material information of the system match the label contents, and whether the incoming material specifications and types match. If it does not meet the test, inform the warehouse, customer service, purchasing and sales; If it meets, carry out the next test. Generally, a certain proportion of the incoming materials (GB2828-2012 normal test standard) shall be sampled first to check the quality, and then decide whether to put in the warehouse for full test or return the materials. It is required to take photos to form test records and to be completed under monitoring during test; CPU shall not be disassembled from the smallest package to test; The DC of OEMSTOCK / agent group does not need to unpack and test within 2 years, but only needs ordinary appearance test.



Checking suppliers

Check the delivery note and check whether the supplier providing materials are qualified suppliers of the company (check the “List of Qualified Suppliers”). If the supplier delivering goods is not the qualified supplier of our company, it shall be rejected directly. Determine the test items according to supplier types; see Annex III for details;

Packing test

Observe whether the outer box packing is intact, whether the packing meets the customer’s requirements (system remarks), and whether the vacuum packing is well preserved (MSL2 level and above); Check whether the braid is disconnected, squeezed and deformed; Check whether there is any supplier changing the packing, and whether the direction of materials and braids meet the requirements;

Label test

Check whether the model and specification of purchasing materials match those required in the purchase order; Check whether the brand on the original label match that of the system; Check whether the material D/C match the system remarks (Meet requirements within two years by default); Check whether the label anti-counterfeiting meets the requirements of the original manufacturer; Check whether there are marks of label change, whether the stickiness of labels meets the requirements and whether the environmental protection information such as ROHS and PB Free on the label meets the requirements of the original manufacturer and customers.

Pin/Solder Ball

Check whether there are any renovation marks; Whether the material pins have oxidation, deformation;
